Thomas Keller & Jeff Cerciello at Union

This might be old news to some but next Monday, March 28th,  Union will be hosting a Cooks & Books event where Thomas Keller and his Bouchon partner Jeff Cerciello will be appearing. For the occasion Union's owner/chef Ethan Stowell will be preparing a dinner inspired by the recipes in Keller's latest book, Bouchon.  Cost of the event is $200 p/p.

...whine! I just finished reading the Soul of a Chef not too long ago, what a wonderful book to chew on. I still haven't bit and bought a Keller cookbook... yet.
