It is 74F in Seattle, right now. Our already gorgeous city looks particularly spectacular today and there are lots of people out and about. I just drove by Le Pichet on the way home and I must say, it looked as inviting as ever, enough to make me wish I could park somewhere and sit outside for the rest of the night with a few glasses of cold Crèmant or Pastis.
After a whole day of work and no food I'm stuffed from a lovely late lunch (3pm!) at Salumi. I'll be off to McCaw Hall in a little bit but if you can make it downtown, then by all means do so.
Or... you can always get the grill ready and make this Molasses Glazed Salmon. We make ours with added espresso in the marinade and lots of garlic. Yum!
