Nope, I did not forget! Even while on vacation I keep my assignments. :-) And although I did not cook it myself our host J did. An amazing Mushroom, Bacon & Avocado Omelet for breakfast with the best tomatoes I've had in a long time (some Italian brand on sale at Costco in Astoria).
