Twenty-Five for $25 returns tomorrow!
"During the month of March, twenty-five of Seattle's finest restaurants are offering delicious, multi-course prix-fixe dinners for just $25 (with $12.50 lunches at select restaurants)."
May the rush for reservations and good eating begin. Six Seven, here I come!

Have you tried Scott Emerick's Restaurant "Cremant" in Madrona, designed by a Seattle architect? The lobster, steak & frites are to die for...

Hi Viv,
Have you tried this Volterra Fennel Salt that is all over the newspapers & radio this week? It must be good if it's being given out at the Oscars but wanted to see if you had an update.
Thanks! Andrea
Hi Andrea! Yes! I've been buying Ritrovo products (I buy them at DeLaurenti) for a while now. Their wine jellies and marinated cheese are wonderful too. And they are the people that distribute my favorite truffle salt, Casina Rosa (La Buona Tavola sells it) How great to see this Seattle company get their props (Ron, the owner, is a really neat guy!) not to mention the buzz for Volterra. Have you tried their Tuscan Limoncello Rosemary Drop? :-) V

What you are doing here is just fabulous! I am heading to Santa Fe, NM in a few months, do you know of anyone in the Southwest who does anything like this so I can check up on the city before I go?
Hi "Duckie"! I really do not know of a similar blog in the southwest but you might want to try Google. Try Googling SouthWest city blog, Southwest Food blog, etc. See where it takes you. Good luck in your search! :-) V
