"The Wall Street Journal writes that hotel restaurants by sizzling-hot chefs are the latest trend but still includes Tom Douglas' Serious Pie, which opened Saturday at 321 Virginia St. near the Dahlia Lounge, on its list of noteworthy launches around the country. Look for a menu with only a handful of items, the WSJ article said, among them Douglas' "sweet fennel sausage and cherry-bomb-pepper pizza, and desserts like cannoli stuffed with ricotta made in Old Chatham, N.Y."
